Thank you for the opportunity to present the Oxford-Lafayette County Industrial Park to you. Our sites have complete utilities and lie within two miles of State Route 7 north, 3 miles of State Route 30 East, and four miles of State Route 6 East Our park sites are within convenient access to the City of Oxford and abundant local housing. Our available 8 county regional workforce totals 105,620 with approximately 7,400 persons seeking work can supply your workforce needs.
The entire industrial park contains approximately 200 remaining developable acres. None of the site is within the flood plain. Clients within the park include Caterpillar Inc, who makes high performance extruded hose couplings and Winchester/Olin Corporation who makes rim fire
ammunition and power tool supplies. Our industrial park is in an attainment community within a non-urban setting. The industrial park has its own electrical substation, 20 MVA, with a 46 KV OHE Feed, capable of handling your client’s electrical needs. The site is served by a 4” natural gas line, 40 PSI; a 12” water line with a 550 gallon tank on site and an 8” sewer line. A Phase I environmental report on the park was prepared in 1994. The park is located 45 miles from Blue Springs, MS (Toyota) via State Routes 30 and U. S. 78/I-22; 51 miles via State Routes 30, and 9; 56 miles via State Routes 6 and 15.
